Services I offer to you...
Home birth: I offer home birth services primarily because in my almost 17 years of working as a midwife, I believe that for normal, healthy women, home is the safest place to be. Your birth can be however you feel most comfortable; in the water, on your bed, standing up, lying on your side, squatting. This is your birth, and your journey. Of course, this includes full scope prenatal and postpartum care, as well as lactation support.
Well-woman care in a caring, holistic setting. Trained in herbs, homeopathy, essential oils and flower essences, I offer you a full complement as well as traditional methods, when desired, for your on-going healthcare. Experience a painless PAP smear, learn how to really do your self breast exam, feel free to ask whatever questions you have.
Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging for an FDA-approved breast cancer screening that is painless, radiation-free and effective. DITI is a physiologic exam that can find the very earliest changes that may lead to breast cancer years before an actual tumor can be found. This gives a woman the chance to make changes that have the potential to reverse this process, years before the tumor has a chance to form.
Full scope counseling services: Pregnancy, VBAC, Nutritional and Health counseling services are available both in person and by phone if you cannot come to my office.
I always believed in miracles. I just still can’t believe I am so lucky to be able to witness them through every birth I am honored to attend.
